The Broad Street Suite is cozy, with two private rooms and a daybed couch with a twin trundle bed. The kitchenette comes complete with dishes, microwave, mini-fridge, and a microwave.
The favorite features are the two-person walk-in shower, wet bar, hammock chair, ample natural light from the sunlight, and access to the rooftop deck.
BROAD ST. SUITE
The King & Queen Suite is the larger of the two suites with two private entrances, two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, one and a half baths, and a washer and dryer.
This suite has all of the amenities of home such as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, high def Roku TV, and high-speed internet.
The rooftop deck is the cherry on top where you will enjoy panoramic views of Downtown and Lookout Mountain.
KING & QUEEN SUITE
When you rent the Entire Penthouse, you get both the Broad St. Suite and King and Queen Suite. We simply open the divider wall, creating a large open concept apartment.
Botanical decor, wood furnishings, and modern touches unite to forge a serene, stylish vibe at this bright hideaway. We have everything you need to cook, sleep, and relax with plenty of free parking.

What is Relax Chattanooga?
Our newly renovated luxury apartment is located on the 2nd Floor, above Good Fortune Soap and Spa in a historic building.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Southside District of Chattanooga on Broad Street, directly in between the Aquarium waterfront area and Lookout Mountain. It is an easy 3-minute drive in either direction.
We are only one mile from Main Street, a hip area of downtown with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Lookout Mountain has major tourist attractions as well as spectacular hiking trails.
Can you walk to anything?
The short answer is no. It is best to have your car or uber. You can walk to the convenience store or fast food, but nothing too exciting. There is a jogging trail on the riverwalk close by for those who like to exercise.
Where do we all sleep?
The four bedrooms are on the outer corners, and the common spaces are in the center.
One cool feature is the huge pocket door to the left of the kitchen. It can be left open, or it can be closed and divides the apartment into two suites: the Broad St. Suite and King & Queen Suite. If half of your group wants to go to bed early, then they can sleep on the Broad St. side, close the door, and the rest of the group can stay up in the kitchen and main living area side of the King & Queen. We also love this feature for families with kids.

Is it private?
If the entire apartment is reserved at once, yes it is entirely private. If you choose to reserve only half during the week, then the rooftop deck may be shared between guests!
What all is supplied in the kitchen?
We have everything from pots, pans, plates, blender, olive oil, butter, and even some popcorn for snack time. We’ve listed out all of our kitchen supplies here.
